What matters more than the overall score
A difference of a few tenths is not enough to override workflow fit. A contractor using Jobber or Housecall Pro should give more weight to the integration path than a small difference in feature breadth. A multi-location operator should model location add-ons before comparing sticker prices. An owner who wants implementation help may rationally choose a quote-led platform even if its pricing transparency score is lower.

The test we will run on both platforms
- Connect the same type of customer-event source.
- Create the same neutral SMS/email request copy where supported.
- Trigger a completed-customer event and measure setup steps, delay and reliability.
- Test duplicate suppression, resend timing, opt-outs and already-reviewed customers.
- Connect the same Google review destination and compare monitoring/response workflow.
- Capture the actual reporting available at the comparable plan level.
- Calculate real monthly cost at one location, five locations and representative message volume.
Google-policy boundary
Both products should be configured to request honest feedback from eligible customers. Google prohibits incentives, pressure and selective positive-review solicitation. Our winner can change if a trial reveals that one workflow makes neutral, policy-safe configuration materially harder.
Best next step: test the workflow, not the marketing page
Open the two current offers, confirm your exact CRM/integration, and use the same completed-event scenario in both evaluations.
Both merchants may compensate this site. The score formula is fixed before affiliate payout is considered.
